What can I do to get a good PageRank?
Nothing easier than that. You only have to optimize the two things Google is looking for: backlinks and content. Improve your content and do search engine optimisation (SEO) a little bit.
- place a link of your site on high PageRank sites
- post links to link directories (catalogues where you can submit links in categories) like dmoz.org, social bookmark your site with services like del.icio.us or Digg and post links to blog comments (attention: often links, Google does not follow!)
- try to have unique content on your site and mention your keywords to be found by Google as often as possible
- make sure Google can easily index your site (no flash, no frames, no table-layout) and the site is W3C valid
